This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of all digital content and creative assets provided by The Stock Membership, including Stock visuals, and services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or subscribing to any of our offerings, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. GENERAL LICENSE TERMS

When you purchase or subscribe to any of our products or services, you’re granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content in accordance with this Agreement.

Unless otherwise noted, all content remains the sole intellectual property of The Stock Membership.

2. RENTAL-BASED LICENSE

With an active subscription, you may use our visuals for:

• Social media (organic & paid)
• Websites, blogs, and email marketing
• Branding materials and creative campaigns
• Client work (Agency plan only)

Your right to use the visuals is valid only while your membership is active. This is a rental model — you do not own the content.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense visuals
• Use visuals after canceling your membership
• Upload visuals to AI tools, NFTs, or blockchain platforms
• Use in products for resale (e.g. templates, merch)
• Claim the content as your original work

Already published content (e.g. Instagram posts) may remain live after cancellation, but republishing or reuse is not allowed.

3. CUSTOM CONTENT

Work created through custom content production, or creative direction services is licensed to the client for use as outlined in the proposal or service agreement.

Unless explicitly transferred:

• The Stock Membership retains creative ownership and reserves the right to showcase the work for portfolio or promotional use.
• Usage is limited to the agreed-upon formats, platforms, or deliverables.

Extended rights (e.g. for large-scale commercial use or resale) must be negotiated separately.

4. TERMINATION & VIOLATIONS

Violating this agreement may result in:

• Termination of access to services or memberships
• Legal action for unauthorized use
• Revocation of any granted license, with no refund
