All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment details.

3. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

• Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted or files downloaded.
• You may cancel subscriptions at any time via your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

All content, visuals, downloads, videos, and service deliverables are the intellectual property of The Stock Membership. You are granted a limited license to use the content according to the License Agreement.

You may not:

• Resell, distribute, or claim ownership of our content

• Reproduce brand or course materials in templates or resale products

5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

The Stock Membership is not liable for any damages (direct or indirect) arising from the use of our content, services, or platforms.

7. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring your content is used within the scope of your license. Shared accounts or unauthorized access may result in termination.
